Neighborhood

The Village is a 15 minute downhill walk (.78 mi), or a very short drive. Edit Just a few steps across from the unit is the Austria Hof Restaurant and Bar, with Apres starting at 4:00pm. Chair 7 is the closest lift, with a short 4 minute walk (0.2 mi) trom my unit! The Canyon Lodge is a 7 minute walk (0.35 mi) with access to rentals, lessons, lockers, and the Village Gondola. The Village Gondola runs from 7:45am - 5:00pm daily. From Canyon Lodge you can also get onto Chairs 17, 16, and 8. (Please note that Canyon Lodge typical operates mid-December through mid-April. You can check with Mammoth Mountain to confirm availability.

Guest Access

As a guest, you'll have access to an onsite recreation building, which is located directly in front of the building/ unit. The recreation building has a large great room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong table, laundry facilities with coin-operated washer and dryer, hot sauna room, and men's and women's changing room with showers. There is a gated outdoor pool area with pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The pool area also has BBQ grills, a fire pit and several seating/pool loungers. These spaces are "shared".

Inside, enjoy warm mid-century furnishings, a bright open layout, and thoughtful touches throughout. There is a bus stop (#73) conveniently located across the street from the main building/lobby - offering the Blue Line (which will take you to/from The Village) and the Town Trolley (which will take you to/from The Village, Snowcreek, Athletic Club, Juniper Springs Resort). The Town Trolley is a FREE year-round fixed route. The Blue Line is a FREE winter-only route.
